Somewhere in the land between hummus and tzatziki lives this feta dip. It’s deliciously indulgent while still feeling healthy enough…win win! Creamy feta cheese makes the perfect base (a block or crumbles will both work). Add a little Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, and fresh dill. Finish with olive oil, salt, red and black pepper and you’ve got yourself a quick spread that’s perfect for dipping veggies and pita bread.

Creamy Whipped Feta

Somewhere in the land between hummus and tzatziki lives this tasty feta dip. It’s deliciously indulgent while still feeling healthy enough, perfect for dipping your favorite veggies and breads.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. feta cheese (block or crumbles)
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • Pinch salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the first 7 ingredients until smooth. Stream in olive oil until fully combined.
  2. Dive in right away or refrigerate for at least an hour for a tighter consistency.
