Rosemary Spiced Nuts

Spicy, salty & sweet with the perfect hint of rosemary…there’s no turning back once you get ahold of these nuts.

These aren’t your ordinary bar snacks! For years, we’ve been daydreaming about the famous bar nuts from Union Square Cafe in New York City. Best served warm, these mixed nuts are toasted and tossed with a finger-licking mix of herbs and spices. Even Giada DeLaurentiis claims they’re the best bite-sized snack she’s ever eaten!

Spiced Nuts

This low-maintenance snack makes the perfect addition to your holiday party spread!

Start with your favorite selection of mixed nuts. You can buy a pre-mixed container or customize with your personal favs, just make sure you’re picking the unsalted variety. Pecans, cashews and almonds are all great here. Spread them out on a baking sheet and toast at 350°F for 10 minutes. Keep a close eye on them towards the end because burnt nuts are not good nuts.

Spiced Nuts

While the nuts are getting warm and toasty, you can combine the herbs and spices. These bar nuts are flawlessly flavored with melted butter, flaky sea salt, dark brown sugar, spicy cayenne and fragrant chopped rosemary. Whisk them all together in a mixing bowl and as soon as the nuts come out of the oven, toss them right into the bowl. Make sure every last bit gets coated with the spice blend!

Spiced Nuts

Try to stop yourself from devouring a whole batch! While these are ahhh-mazing right out of the oven, they make for a great personalized Christmas gift. Bring them along to your next Christmas, New Years or Superbowl party and watch them disappear!
